They enthusiastically approached each introduction as a new opportunity: If you value people and value friendships you will show enthusiasm. You will value this new opportunity and show your enthusiasm.

No one wants a dreary person who lacks enthusiasm. Everyone is drawn to a positive enthusiastic person.

Meeting a person is either a "new opportunity" or "not another lemon" depending on whether you see your cup as half full or half empty.

What type of person do you want? Well, you must be the person you would like to meet.

Like attracts like so if you are have a negative perosnality you will attract negative people to you whereas if you are full of enthusiasm for life everyone will want to be your friend.
