Entre Nous - Relationship Consultants and Educators

What is the difference between a woman's brain and a man's brain?

At Entre Nous, my introduction agency, we find that many guys want someone just like them.

Someone who will get up at 5am each morning to train for marathons and be almost as fit and as active as he is. He may expect her to play golf with a decent handicap so he can enjoy beating her at weekends.

Also there are women who want a man who is just like them. He must love the arts and be interested in the same cultural events that she attends.

I agree there are men out there who only enjoy culture and there are women who's interests revolve around sports or fitness. However, what can often keep a couple interested is when they have different interests too.

One young woman who was almost 40 years of age and still single said to me, "I have never met a man whom I could relate to on a deeper level".

We explained that very few men want to relate on a deeper level. One has to know the average Australian guy very well before he will open up on a deeper level. In fact the quickest way to scare a man off is to bail him up for a deep and meaningful discussion.

Most people have read a few pages of Dr John Gray's book, Men Are From Mars and Women From Venus, yet it doesn't stop them wanting a replica of themselves.

In particular some 40 - 45 year old women and some 45 – 50 year old guys who are still single have very definite ideas of what their prospective spouse will be like and usually just like them. He/she will have the same tastes and views, do all the same activities and be only interested in the same things. Whew! What a tall order!

At Entre Nous we have found it necessary to show a DVD about the difference between a woman's and a man's brain to help our valued clients understand the opposite sex and why they think the way they do - because one is a man and the other a woman.

We also discuss this subject further with our valued members at their New Members Briefing, what they can expect from their Mr or Ms Right along with instruction on how to choose the right person for them starting off with their most basic needs and building on to develop a realistic picture.

This can only be done once they understand the difference between a man's brain and a woman's brain.
